Situated in Piazza Augusto Imperatore, the new Bvlgari Hotel Roma by ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel celebrates the timeless elegance of Rome and its longstanding marble tradition as well as the Maison’s deeply rooted bond with the city where it was founded almost 70 years ago. The new opening transcends cliché to represent the essence of Rome, showcasing Italian design, craftsmanship and heritage in a contemporary key.
Designed around large blocks of colour to evoke Bvlgari’s renowned jewellery creations, four distinct colour schemes grace the hotel rooms, with the choice of coloured marble in the bathrooms dictating the overall palette. For the first time in its history, the iconic Arco lamp by the Castiglioni Brothers is transformed as the original Carrara white marble base is replaced with a marble to match the colour scheme of each room.
An emphasis on Italian design and Italian flair is reflected through the inedited customization of the Arco lamp setting a new benchmark of luxury within this exceptional hotel.
