The Kvadrat showroom in Chicago’s vibrant Fulton Market district blends textile innovation with contemporary design culture. Founded in Denmark, Kvadrat produces textiles and related products for architects, designers and private consumers.

Its showrooms around the world are equally conceived as social environments where design ideas can be shared and developed, and lighting plays a crucial role in shaping that experience.

Throughout the showroom, Flos UT Spot Track projectors provide precise, flexible illumination to perfectly highlight the Kvadrat textiles. With its minimal cylindrical form and track-mounted adaptability, the UT Spot Track system ensures the spotlight remains on the materials – bringing out colour, depth and weave – while allowing for easy adjustments as needed.

String Lights by Michael Anastassiades hovers above the kitchen bar, casting a warm glow over the dining area from an LED light source. Designed to define and articulate space, the trio of conical luminaires retraces the shape of the counter in the air.

In the meeting room, Flos Super Line Pro delivers continuous, diffused light that is ideal for focused conversation and collaborative work. Its architectural simplicity aligns with Kvadrat’s modernist sensibility, while its technical precision ensures an even, glare-free environment. Suspended with understated elegance, Super Line creates a calm, intentional atmosphere.
