Apothem Lounge by Raphaël Navot

Flos Bespoke had the pleasure of collaborating with Raphaël Navot as Lighting Partner for The Apothem Lounge installation earlier this year, working alongside the designer to craft a stunning series of bespoke suspended glass lamps.

Conceived as a sanctuary within the Maison&Objet fair, the theatrical installation immersed visitors in light and texture to portray and evoke emotion. An advocate of collaboration, Navot also favours authentic materials and craftsmanship as exemplified by the Bespoke lamps that cascade from the ceiling.

A unique bespoke project

The creative freedom inherent in a Bespoke project of this calibre allowed both the designer, named as Maison&Objet Designer of the Year, and Flos to venture into new imaginative and unconventional realms. Flos also provided a selection of decorative lights for the fair’s Le Club VIP lounge.
