Starting from the initial inquiry where the client gets in touch with their request, to the final installation, every step of the process is collaborative.
Flos works with designers and architects from the early stages, creating designs, drawings, and visualizations to illustrate the vision. We evaluate materials and samples, textures, colors, and finishes to bring a new custom lighting vision to life.
The prototype and all fabrication are completed within the Meserole facility in collaboration with in-house metalworkers and suppliers.
After client's approval, full-scale production begins. The team carefully inspects and tests the finished pieces at the New York facility.
The final phase involves transporting it to the installation location within the United States or Canada. Flos provides installation support, with a team of installers who are familiar with the project from the start.
