Black Flag is an extendable wall light that offers flexibility of illumination thanks to the expanding aluminium arm reaching up to 3.5meters from a wall-mounted frame of the same material. Wall lamp and sculptural centre piece, Black Flag embodies Grcic’s industrial design expertise and demonstrates the experimental opportunities of his approach mixed with Flos’ technical expertise. The luminaire provides direct and indirect lighting. Greater Up or Down intensity can be controlled through the dedicated touch buttons featured in the stem. The lamp is dimmable via wireless (by Casambi) and also offers the possibility to adjust colour temperature from 2700K to 5000K. Touch panel control on the lamp's arm features: 1: Switching and dimming function 2: Light emission control (direct only / indirect only / all together) 3: CCT control (27>50K) – 4 steps 27K-30K-40K-50K or linear change with continuous press 4: Adaptive eco mode ( lux sensor to keep constant lighting levels on the workplan – 500lx). Control management compatible with digital systems (Push dim, DALI, CASAMBI). Up to 10mt distance from the lamp for remote Bluetooth control. Possibility of wiring from a light point or through an IEC plug. Tunable White range: 2700K – 5000K CRI 90.
