Floor lamp emitting diffused light. Base, rod support and diffuser support in die-cast, polished and chrome-plated Zamak alloy with galvanised P04 steel base cover. Inner diffuser in opal injection-moulded PC (polycarbonate) with lamp-holder support. Outer diffusers in PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) with vacuum aluminium-coated inner surface. Upper ring in injection-moulded PC (polycarbonate). Electronic dimmer on the power cable allows regulation of light brightness.

With KTribe, Philippe Starck reinterprets the playful spirit of his earlier Miss K in a more refined, architectural language. Guided by his principle of distilling form and function to their essence, KTribe transforms a familiar archetype into an object of understated glamour. An iconic example of contemporary design, it embodies Starck’s instinct for reduction, where lighting is not just illumination but atmosphere, quietly enhancing the environments it inhabits.
