Designed as an elegant family home, the residence balances generous volumes with a calm, intimate atmosphere and stunning views toward lake and landscape. Decorative lighting by KAIWU is carefully integrated to define spaces and guide movement throughout the home. Light is used as an architectural layer, shaping interiors while maintaining visual clarity and continuity across floors.

In the living area, Arco anchors the space with its sculptural presence, casting warm, overhead glow over the seating area. Wireline introduces a lighter, graphic counterpoint, tracing delicate lines of light that echo the villa’s vertical proportions.

Luce Orizzontale S2 is suspended above the kitchen island, delivering precise, functional illumination while reinforcing the horizontal rhythm of the space. Nearby, Noctambule defines the dining area with a striking vertical composition, adding depth and presence without interrupting visual continuity.

In the private areas, IC Light, Aim and String Light are used as bedside pendants, offering focused, adjustable illumination with minimal visual impact. Arrangements illuminates the staircase, enhancing even movement through the home with light.
